Workflow for Governance
For successful and efficient governance, you require effective workflow to be designed and developed. Your Technical team works on coordinating with Functional team to capture the steps to create Workflow. The challenge here could be how the Tech Team is capturing requirements and translating to design and develop Workflow.
How about enabling Functional Team or Business Team to design their own Workflow by themselves and not bothering about the coding to develop the same? How many times have you thought of any such Tool to achieve this without the Tech Team’s involvement?
AccelSoft introduces DataFlow as an automated tool to accomplish that.
DataFlow is the tool where Users get two options of designing Governance Workflow by themselves –
1. Designer – DataFlow provides Users editor on which they need to drag and drop BPM Notations to draw Workflow design. They may add as many layers or steps – parallel, sequential or hybrid involving both – while capturing the business process completely.
2. Lexical – DataFlow provides another options to Users who don’t feel comfortable working with designing mode. Lexical editor gives them alternative by enabling them to type in English or clicking on respective elements from left navigation bar. They would see real-time design on right frame. Console here provide them options to copy-paste and adjust the variables continuously.
Once designing is completed, Users need to click on ‘Generate’ button to get –
- Codes for the Workflow
- API of that Workflow
- Deployment of newly generated API
All these happen in flicker of seconds with No-Code approach.
Users may switch to any mode invariably without even loosing what have been already worked out in one mode or the other. The interchanged mode would retain their work and resume so that Users may proceed from there on.
With simple Configuration steps, Users may map newly created Workflow with any of the Apps. The execution would start following governance process from then on as per the mapped Workflow
